Our mission is
to be a congregation of individuals living out the
philosophies of Parrot Heads: Celebrating our
passion for fun and life, and contributing to the
community through our efforts on behalf of
charitable organizations.
If you're
wondering about our club, you are likely already a
fan of Jimmy Buffett (that is a pre-requisite), the
Caribbean life style, fun, and relaxation. You
probably also find yourself attracted to Hawaiian
shirts, leiís, shark hats, grass skirts, palm trees
and the like. In a nut shell, you fit right
in!
Our club is a
chapter of the larger Parrot Heads In Paradise
national club (www.phip.com), of which there are
over 200 clubs internationally. We are a
not-for-profit organization serving Southeast
Tennessee and North Georgia. We have a
complete Bored of
Directors to keep things going,
all volunteer their time, and everyone pays
dues. Club membership is $25 for an individual
and $35 for a family (members allowed to file
under a single tax return) per year.
