Chili Cook Off Results

After hours of tasting
different about 9 different chili concoctions, and
washing it down with some interesting liquids, we
finally came up with a winner. All of the chili was
great, but Phil’s turned out to be everything we
needed. Not only did it taste good, but it is easy to
make, and will be cost effective to reproduce for the
Community Kitchen.
So Phil’s recipe will be used on February 28th when we cook chili at The Chattanooga Community Kitchen. We’ll have more information on this at our next meeting, but I’m sure there will be plans to go out after a long day of cooking chili!
