utilized for the tracking of involvement and
participation of charity events, community
projects, fund-raisers, and active club
participation.

Credits are accumulated by the time period of June
1st through May 31st.
· Only members in good standing are eligible to receive Coconut Credits and any perks (includes tickets when available, free membership, etc.)
· Couples and/or Family Membership can combine Coconut Credits.
· Coconut Credits will not be awarded prior to an event.
· Coconut Credits can not be awarded to a non-member. If a guest participates in an event and later joins the club, Coconut Credit accumulation begins at the time paid membership is received.
· It is your responsibility to make sure that you check in with the Secretary or Event Coordinator to ensure you get credit.
· Community service occurring after concert date will be awarded for the next credit accumulating period, June 1st – May 31st.
· In the event a member(s) has accumulated enough Coconut Credits to be eligible for club tickets, but chooses not to use them or finds out prior to the concert that they are unable to use them, the member(s) must return the ticket(s) to the club to be distributed to the next member in line for eligibility.
· Any tie-breaker will be determined by membership seniority. If members have equal seniority, a coin toss by the President will be used.
Concert Tickets – When Available
· Concert tickets will be awarded to the highest Coconut Credit earners. Only one pair (two tickets) per family membership and two tickets for a single membership will be issued. There is limited ticket availability, therefore, not everyone will be guaranteed a ticket just because they have earned credits.
· All tickets are ONLY to be used by members that are in good standing with the club.
· Tickets must be paid for in full to the Ticket Coordinator prior to final due date or ticket(s) will be forfeited.
· Governed by PHiP Ticket Policy
